Q. I would like to buy more than one item, do I get a discount on Postage?

A. We offer a combined shipping flat rate. For 2 or more items, pay £2.95 (standard delivery) for the first item and £1.95 for each additional item (Terms apply, UK mainland customers only). Next day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses if you order before 2 AM. Please see the list of different delivery options during checkout.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Standard delivery does not provide tracking & we cannot offer you a tracking code. This is the same for the International Postages as well. If you require a tracking code please choose another delivery option from the list during checkout.

Q. How much time does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched every working day via our chosen couriers. Standard deliveries take up to 2-5 working days.

Q. How do I make an exchange?

A. If the item you received is not suitable and you wish to exchange it for a different size please resend the item using the returns form provided within your parcel. Please provide as much details as possible. This will speed up your exchange process.

Q. I have received a Faulty Items what do I do?

A. We thoroughly check all our products before posting, if however you find a defect. Please return the product. We will happily exchange the item where possible or refund you the full product and postage price.

Q. I have an incorrect Item in may order, what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the incorrect item's name and product number.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. We are certain you will like all products purchased through this store, however you may need return items that are not used, damaged or soiled.

Q. Is there a money back guarantee?

A. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 30 days of date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description.

A. Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

A. Once the return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.
